DIY Ripped Jeans

Hey guys!
I just graduated last week! YAY!
SO... To Celebrate my graduation, I'm gonna tell you how to ripped/distressed your own jeans!

Well, I'm going to tell you the technique that I use for distressing my jeans
The first thing you need to do is prepare all the material.

A pair of jeans, Tweezers, Scissors, Glass-marking Pencil and mini cardboard (optional)
I got my pair of jeans from Gaudi.
If you're using blue jeans, you can bleach it first to give them a 'distressed' feel.
But I didn't do it to my jeans , bcos It already has some kind of 'grungy' feel lul.

Mark your jeans with Glass-marking pencil by making a straight horizontal line on the fabric.
The more lines you make = Bigger hole.
You can mark just above your knee caps, or you can also make a several on both and below your knees.

Grab your scissors and start to cut it like disss!!!!
Be careful to not cut the fabric on the back!
You can prevent that by slipping a mini cardboard or anything with hard-surface inside your jeans.

The next step is "Laddering".
If you're using blue jeans, you could see blue and white thread, pull the blue thread that's going vertically across it.
Pull the 'mini-vertical-thread' from the strip by using tweezers.
Because I'm using black-colour jeans so it's harder though.

Keep going until It looks like this!

If you don't want the hole for getting bigger and bigger,
you can hand-stitch around the hole like this.

Be creative! This is just another example !

TADA! YOU'RE DONE!
Tell me If you're making your own ripped jeans and the result!
